Argentina: aturan drone untuk inspeksi
Resolution 550/2025 ANAC Argentina (berlaku 8 Agustus 2025) mencabut aturan lama, termasuk Res. 880/2019 dan Res. 319/2025 bulan Mei 2025. Peraturan ini menetapkan skema berbasis risiko: RAAC Part 100 (persyaratan umum), Part 101 (Open), dan Part 102 (Specific). Penerbangan berisiko rendah, seperti di pedesaan atau dalam jangkauan visual, masuk Open, tanpa otorisasi terlebih dahulu atau lisensi pilot, tetapi pengetahuan dasar tetap diwajibkan. Operasi perkotaan, malam, dan dekat bandara masuk Specific, yang memerlukan penilaian risiko, otorisasi terlebih dahulu, lisensi, asuransi, dan manual operasi. Ambang batas angka (bobot, ketinggian, jarak dari orang) berada di lampiran yang tidak dibaca dan belum terverifikasi.
