Chile: regras para drones na inspeção

O Chile regula os drones por meio das normas DAN 151 (operações de RPAS sobre áreas povoadas) e DAN 91 da DGAC. Uma nova DAN 151 foi aprovada em maio de 2024 (publicada em março de 2025) e, segundo a DGAC, acrescenta matrizes de risco e uma categoria especial para voos noturnos e urbanos. O trabalho aéreo comercial exige a credencial de operador da DAN 151 e um certificado de operador aéreo DAN 119, com aeronaves registradas e um sistema de inibição em zonas de aeródromo. O material da DGAC afirma que o sobrevoo de infraestrutura crítica do Estado está proibido desde 2018 e que o BVLOS é possível desde 2020 dentro de limites (5 km, 1.200 pés).
