Chile: normas de drones para inspección

Chile regula los drones mediante las normas DAN 151 (operaciones de RPAS sobre zonas pobladas) y DAN 91 de la DGAC. En mayo de 2024 se aprobó una nueva DAN 151 (publicada en marzo de 2025) que, según la DGAC, añade matrices de riesgo y una categoría especial para vuelos nocturnos y urbanos. El trabajo aéreo comercial necesita la credencial de operador DAN 151 y un certificado de operador aéreo DAN 119, con aeronaves registradas y un sistema de inhibición en zonas de aeródromo. El material de la DGAC indica que el sobrevuelo de infraestructura crítica del Estado está prohibido desde 2018 y que el BVLOS es posible desde 2020 con límites (5 km, 1 200 ft). El texto de la nueva DAN 151 no se leyó, así que sus detalles no están verificados.
