チリのドローン規制と点検
チリはDGACのDAN 151（人口密集地上空のRPAS運航）とDAN 91で規制しています。DAN 151は2024年5月に新版が承認され（2025年3月公布）、DGACの説明では、リスクマトリクスと、夜間・都市部向けの特別区分が加わりました。業務用の空中作業には、DAN 151の運航者資格とDAN 119の航空運送事業証明（AOC）が必要で、機体の登録と空港区域への侵入防止機能も求められます。DGACの資料によれば、2018年から国の重要インフラの上空飛行は原則禁止で、2020年から条件付き（5 km・1,200 ftまで）で目視外飛行が可能になりました。新しいDAN 151の本文は読めておらず、細目は未確認です。
