東急コミュニティー：大規模修繕前のマンション外壁・屋上調査に赤外線ドローンを試験導入
マンション管理会社の東急コミュニティーは、大規模修繕前の外壁・屋上調査に赤外線カメラ付きドローンを試験導入すると発表した。打診の抜き取り調査から推計していた補修量を、より正確にすることが目的である。試験の結果や精度は公表されていない。

これまで
目視と打診棒による打診で一部の範囲を調べ、タイルの浮きの割合から全体の補修量と費用を推計していた。
ドローンでは
赤外線カメラと可視カメラを積んだドローンで外壁と屋上を撮影し、タイルの浮きや漏水による温度差を見る。超高層や見えにくい部位も対象にし、調査手段の一つとして実用化を検討する。

注意点・限界
