オランダのドローン規制と点検
オランダはEU規則を適用し、運航者登録はRDW（登録番号を機体に表示）、Specificカテゴリーの許可やSTS申告はILTが担います。賠償責任保険の義務は20 kg超の機体だけで、C1〜C3機とSpecificカテゴリーの機体にはリモートIDが必要です。Open飛行は管制外の空域に限られ、空港周辺約15 kmの管制圏を4段階の区域に改める案が2026年に議会で説明されましたが、施行時期と工場・重要インフラ周辺の国内規定は未確認です。
