デンマークのドローン規制と点検

デンマークはEUのドローン規則を交通庁が運用し、2025年7月の改正で計器飛行場の周囲8 km（有視界のみの飛行場は4 km）の区域と高度制限、3年ごとの登録更新が導入されました。不審ドローン事案を受けて2025年9月29日から10月4日まで全国で民間ドローン飛行が禁止され、緊急かつ社会的に重要な飛行だけが大臣の特例で認められました。旧型機で市街地を飛べた国内の移行申告DK-STS-03は2026年1月1日で失効し、以後はA3かSpecificカテゴリー（PDRA・STS・SORA）が必要です。

Older Danish certificates (1A, 1B, 2) no longer support urban legacy-drone flights after DK-STS-03 expired on 1 Jan 2026.

構造物の近くFrom 1 Jul 2025 (order no. 527): safety distance around IMC aerodromes raised from 5 km to 8 km and around VMC-only aerodromes cut from 5 km to 4 km (Thisted 6 km); near IMC aerodromes flight is banned within 2 km (special permission needed), limited to 30 m at 2-3 km and 40 m at 3-6 km, and to 100 m in approach/departure zones or 120 m elsewhere at 6-8 km; Aarhus and Copenhagen water aerodromes became flight-safety-critical areas (A2 pilots only, no seaplane present; near buildings, not above building height and tethered).
