Italie: règles applicables aux drones d’inspection

L’Italie combine les règles européennes avec le règlement UAS-IT de l’ENAC, et chaque exploitant, même pour des drones C0, s’enregistre sur D-Flight et appose un code QR sur l’aéronef. Les scénarios nationaux IT-STS01/02 ont expiré fin 2025 ; l’inspection hors vue nécessite donc le STS-02 européen ou une autorisation de l’ENAC, et les drones de catégorie spécifique doivent émettre un Remote ID. Un projet de règlement sur les zones géographiques a été publié en juin 2026, mais aucune règle nationale pour les centrales ou les voies ferrées n’a été confirmée.

The June 2026 draft geographic-zones regulation defines safety, security (requested by prefectures, military, prisons), environmental and privacy zones and detailed aerodrome zones (e.g. for civil instrument airports a red zone to 6 km along the runway axis and 2.5 km laterally); it would allow Open-category flights near civil aerodromes within 50 m horizontally and 5 m vertically of an artificial obstacle outside red zones, and Specific-category flights in red zones within 10 m horizontally and 3 m vertically of an obstacle beyond 500 m from the airport boundary, in both cases with prior permission from the obstacle's owner or manager (draft Art. 7).
