沙特阿拉伯：检查用无人机规则
沙特阿拉伯依据 GACAR Part 107 监管非娱乐用途的小型无人机（25 kg 以下），注册依据 Part 48。250 g 及以上的无人机必须注册；任何搭载可采集个人数据或测绘数据的传感器的无人机，无论重量，也都必须注册，这几乎涵盖了所有巡检无人机。飞手需要含安全审查的远程飞手证书，运营者需要授权证书。标准规则要求目视、仅限白天且 ≤400 ft AGL，但在建筑物 400 ft 范围内允许飞到其顶部以上 400 ft。AC 107-01（2025 年 6 月）将夜间、人员上方、BVLOS 和贴近建筑物的“高级运行”纳入经风险评估的授权程序（OA/UOC，接受 SORA）。

For advanced operations (night, over people, BVLOS beyond 1 km, dangerous goods), pilots need extra practical training certificates (AC 107-01). |
