Mexico: drone inspection sources

Searched mainly in Spanish (some English) via WebSearch with asset-specific queries: CFE líneas de transmisión/subestaciones/presas, Pemex ductos/refinerías/huachicol, puentes SCT/CAPUFE/IMT, Conagua presas, puertos, Metro CDMX, minería (Coahuila, Zacatecas), parques solares y eólicos (Oaxaca, Coahuila), NOM-107-SCT3-2019/AFAC, and university repositories (UNAM, UACJ). Pages were opened with WebFetch where possible. Spanish-language search results for Mexico were dominated by Spanish, Costa Rican and Colombian pages and by generic vendor pages, so Mexican-specific material was thin: no item was found for Mexican bridges, dams, ports, telecom towers, wind turbines or building facades inside the ~25-search budget. A second pass (about 26 further searches naming CAPUFE, SICT/IMT, Conagua, CFE, Pemex, AFAC, SACMEX and the Tren Maya) added mx-15 to mx-27 but still found no drone item for Mexican bridges, dams, ports, telecom towers or sewers: pages on the Coatzacoalcos cable-stayed bridge, IMT bridge monitoring, Metro Line 12 inspections, Oaxaca wind farms after the 2017 earthquakes and Veracruz port works were opened and dropped because they do not mention drones, and telecom-tower drone articles found were about Dubai and Venezuela. Building damage appears only as post-earthquake mapping (mx-16) and wind only alongside solar (mx-21). The file stops at 27 items rather than padding to 30. Several items are about drone surveillance of pipelines against fuel theft (huachicol) rather than engineering inspection; they are kept because that is how drones and Pemex pipelines appear in Mexican national media. Where the headline was not captured verbatim, 'title' is reconstructed from the URL slug.
